I have been busy! Well, I have been learning Spanish every day and I just learned that "rooster" is "gallo" in Spanish. At the same time I have been taking part in Church activities. Right now I am playing Cello in the music group and I have been blessed to be part of some really beautiful worship. I was the only person along with the pastor one day to play and the presence of God was in the Church like I have rarely known and God spoke to me about some ministry opportunities here in Paraguay that He wants me to do. I am going to be in Paraguay until the end of June, or mid July.

Please pray for me to grow in my training as an intern with Norberto and that God would continue to prepare me while I am in here in Paraguay. I have great ideas but please pray that I could have the ability to put them into practice.

I love you all and I could not be here without your help and prayers.  Please let me know how I can pray for you!

In Christ,

  1. Hi David,

I'll be praying for you each day. I hope that the Lord will continue to prepare you to do whatsoever He wills. Please pray for strength and endurance in my own life to continue running the Lord's race and doing what I have been called to do for the present.

"The Lord bless thee, and keep thee." Numbers 6:24

    Adios!

    In Christ,
    Jason

  2. Hey Jason and all who read this comment,

I just learned what "¿A que te dedicas?" means. It means "what do you do?" you use it to ask what someones work is. So what do you do?

Dear Father I ask that you would bless Jason and keep him and prepare him for what you will for his life now and in the future. I pray that you would help him to develop his own identity as a man and learn to stand alone more and more. And help him to remain strong in the truth of freedom through faith. Help him to remember the foundational things and not to strive but rest in the finished work of Christ. Jason is saved by the gift of your son through putting total confidence in him and he can nether make one hair black or white nor can he make his own nature and character change one little iota. Fixing his eyes on Jesus the beginner and finisher of his faith he will put aside the things that so easily slow his forward movements and press on to the goal set for him my the Lord Jesus Christ.

In the authority and name of Jesus,
    Amen

Never give ground to the evil sin of unbelief,
    David

  3. Dear David,

Thank you so much for the words you have spoken to God on my behalf. Thank you for the prayer that you have offered to the Lord for a fellow brother and soldier in Jesus. You have no idea how much you have blessed me by those words.

Dear Heavenly Father, I pray, Lord, that you will please bless my friend David in all that he does, and continue to prepare him for the work which you will have him do. I pray that you will please protect him and guide him while he is in Paraguay and for his entire life. Please allow him to contine his training as an intern with Norberto if it be thy will. I pray that his words will bless others and that he shares the Gospel of your Son wheresoever he may go.

O God, I thank you for this brother in the Faith which you have given me, and for the ways you have used him to help me in my walk with you. Let him be a man who stands and fights and strives for your Kingdom, and who will continue to struggle against sin and death until the day when he goes to meet you. Lord, give him strength, and vision, and boldness, and grace to fulfil your Almighty plan.

And Father, I pray also that you will reveal your truths unto him each day of his life, and that if there be any place at all where he is falling short in thine eyes, that you will show him your will, and teach him what is wellpleasing to you. Let him continue in the things which you have called him to do for your honor and glory.

I pray this in the name of your Son Jesus,
    Amen

Never put down your armour for a second,
    Jason
