I am going to start posting verses on my blog and Facebook for comments to build conversation around the Word. We will see how this goes and if it goes well I will continue it. I am not going to teach anything but ask you to comment on the verse and tell me a couple things about it. once we confess our sins, we reveal them to ourselves, as well as to our maker. We then become transparent, and nothing is hidden. we then can allow the light to shine through.
ReplyDeleteWhen you confess a sin out loud to someone it becomes a testimony of God's mercy and grace, something beautiful and no longer is the ugly, secret that bound you. Transformation begins from ashes to beauty

ReplyDeleteWhere there is light the darkness cannot hide. When we confess our sins, we let the light of the truth into the dark places of our hearts. I think that confessing is one of the first steps of forsaking sin.
